Online grocery shopping is pathetic in Edmonton...not manot many options...at this time with virus, you need to preorder a week in advance for pick up service..no online Safeway. Sad!!

I'm so sorry, Louise. This is a time when this service should really come to life.

There are some cities that offer online shopping, but then you must go to pick them up or send someone you trust.

I recently talked with a relative who has been preparing the website for the Coop Stores (this is in Saskatchewan) so that they can sell groceries online. It has been a long slow process, but this crisis has pushed them hard to get it up and running.

We might want to keep our eyes and ears open for news of such opportunities and try them out. Then we can start to give reviews of them on this site.
